European Games
This is a flagship sports event played every four years with the participation of 50 teams of European countries.
The inaugural edition of the 2015 European Games took place in Baku (Azerbaijan). The second edition of the Games took place in 2019 in Minsk (Belarus). On June 22, 2019, at an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly of the Association of European Olympic Committees (EOC) in Minsk, the host of the III European Games in 2023 - the City of Kraków and the Lesser Poland region was indicated.

In 2023, in Poland, the best athletes of the Old Continent will compete in nearly 30 disciplines. Let's remind, in the previous two editions in Baku and Minsk, athletes competed - in succession in 20 and 15 sports.
